潜在危害（火灾与爆炸）

易燃或可燃物质。
Flammable/combustible material.
可能被热、火花或火焰点燃。
May be ignited by heat, sparks or flames.
干燥后的物质遇热、火焰、摩擦或撞击可能爆炸；按爆炸品处置（指南 112）。
DRIED OUT material may explode if exposed to heat, flame, friction or shock; treat as an explosive (GUIDE 112).

健康危害

某些有毒，吸入、吞入或经皮肤吸收可致命。具体而言，润湿的二硝基苯酚（UN1320）、润湿的二硝基苯酚盐（UN1321）、润湿的二硝基邻甲酚钠（UN1348）和迭氮钡（UN1571）已知有毒。
Some are toxic and may be fatal if inhaled, ingested or absorbed through skin. Specifically, Dinitrophenol, wetted (UN1320); Dinitrophenolates, wetted (UN1321), Sodium dinitro-o-cresolate, wetted (UN1348); and Barium azide, wetted (UN1571) are known to be toxic.

Stay upwind, uphill and/or upstream.

Ventilate closed spaces before entering, but only if properly trained and equipped.

Isolate spill or leak area immediately for at least 100 meters (330 feet) in all directions.

火灾
Fire
如罐车、铁路罐车或公路罐车涉及火灾，向四周隔离 800 米（1/2 英里）；同时考虑向四周 800 米（1/2 英里）实施初始疏散。
If tank, rail tank car or highway tank is involved in a fire, ISOLATE for 800 meters (1/2 mile) in all directions; also, consider initial evacuation for 800 meters (1/2 mile) in all directions.

消防措施

货物火灾
CARGO Fire
火势蔓延到货物时切勿灭火！货物可能爆炸！
DO NOT fight fire when fire reaches cargo! Cargo may EXPLODE!
中断一切交通，向四周至少 1600 米（1 英里）清空区域，让其燃烧。
Stop all traffic and clear the area for at least 1600 meters (1 mile) in all directions and let burn.

Do not move cargo or vehicle if cargo has been exposed to heat.

TIRE or VEHICLE Fire
使用大量水——淹没它！如无水源，使用二氧化碳、干粉或泥土。
Use plenty of water - FLOOD it! If water is not available, use CO2, dry chemical or dirt.
如有可能且无风险，从最远距离使用无人操作的大口径水枪或遥控水炮，防止火势蔓延至货物区。
If possible, and WITHOUT RISK, use unmanned master stream devices or monitor nozzles from maximum distance to prevent fire from spreading to cargo area.
特别注意轮胎火灾，可能发生复燃。在安全距离待命，备好灭火器以防复燃。
Pay special attention to tire fires as re-ignition may occur. Stand by, at a safe distance, with extinguisher ready for possible re-ignition.

防护服

佩戴正压自给式呼吸器（SCBA）。
Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
消防员结构防护服可提供热防护，但化学防护能力有限。
Structural firefighters' protective clothing provides thermal protection but only limited chemical protection.

泄漏处置

消除周边区域的一切点火源（禁止吸烟、明火、火花或火焰）。
ELIMINATE all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flames) from immediate area.
处理该产品所用的一切设备必须接地。
All equipment used when handling the product must be grounded.
切勿触碰或踩踏泄漏物。
Do not touch or walk through spilled material.

用大量水冲洗该区域。
Flush area with large amounts of water.

用水润湿并筑堤围堵，待后续处置。
Wet down with water and dike for later disposal.

急救

通用急救措施（各卡一致
一般急救：
General First Aid:
拨打 120（急救）或呼叫急救医疗服务。
Call 911 or emergency medical service.
确保医务人员了解所涉及的物质，采取防护措施保护自身并避免沾染。
Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s) involved, take precautions to protect themselves and avoid contamination.
在安全可行的情况下，将伤员移至新鲜空气处。
Move victim to fresh air if it can be done safely.
呼吸困难时给予吸氧。
Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult.
如伤员无呼吸：
If victim is not breathing:
切勿进行口对口人工呼吸；伤员可能已吞入或吸入该物质。
DO NOT perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation; the victim may have ingested or inhaled the substance.
如具备条件且触及脉搏，清洗面部和口腔，然后使用合格的呼吸急救装置（球囊面罩、带单向阀的口袋面罩或其他装置）进行人工呼吸。
If equipped and pulse detected, wash face and mouth, then give artificial respiration using a proper respiratory medical device (bag-valve mask, pocket mask equipped with a one-way valve or other device).
如未触及脉搏或无呼吸急救装置，实施持续胸外按压。每两分钟检查一次脉搏，或观察有无自主呼吸的迹象。
If no pulse detected or no respiratory medical device available, provide continuous compressions. Conduct a pulse check every two minutes or monitor for any signs of spontaneous respirations.
脱去并隔离受污染的衣物和鞋子。
Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes.
少量皮肤接触时，避免将物质扩散到未受污染的皮肤上。
For minor skin contact, avoid spreading material on unaffected skin.
如接触该物质，立即用流动清水冲洗皮肤或眼睛至少 20 分钟。
In case of contact with substance, remove immediately by flushing skin or eyes with running water for at least 20 minutes.
严重烧伤须立即就医。
For severe burns, immediate medical attention is required.
接触该物质（吸入、吞入或皮肤接触）后的症状可能出现延迟。
Effects of exposure (inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact) to substance may be delayed.
保持伤员安静并保暖。
Keep victim calm and warm.
对伤员持续观察。
Keep victim under observation.
