潜在危害（火灾与爆炸）

接触水可能剧烈反应或发生爆炸性反应。
May react violently or explosively on contact with water.

Some are transported in flammable liquids.

May be ignited by friction, heat, sparks or flames.

健康危害

Immediate precautionary measure

Isolate spill or leak area in all directions for at least 50 meters (150 feet) for liquids and at least 25 meters (75 feet) for solids.

Consider initial downwind evacuation for at least 50 meters (160 feet).
火灾
Fire
如罐车、铁路罐车或公路罐车涉及火灾，向四周隔离 800 米（1/2 英里）；同时考虑向四周 800 米（1/2 英里）实施初始疏散。
If tank, rail tank car or highway tank is involved in a fire, ISOLATE for 800 meters (1/2 mile) in all directions; also, consider initial evacuation for 800 meters (1/2 mile) in all directions.

Dousing metallic fires with water will generate hydrogen gas, an extremely dangerous explosion hazard, particularly if fire is in a confined environment (i.e., building, cargo hold, etc.).
使用干沙、石墨粉、干氯化钠基灭火器或 D 类灭火器。
Use DRY sand, graphite powder, dry sodium chloride-based extinguishers, or class D extinguishers.
金属火灾宜采用围堵和窒息，而非用水。
Confining and smothering metal fires is preferable rather than applying water.
在安全可行的情况下，将未受损的容器移离火场周边区域。
If it can be done safely, move undamaged containers away from the area around the fire.

Fire Involving Tanks, Rail Tank Cars or Highway Tanks

If impossible to extinguish, protect surroundings and allow fire to burn itself out.

防护服

佩戴正压自给式呼吸器（SCBA）。
Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
消防员结构防护服可提供热防护，但化学防护能力有限。
Structural firefighters' protective clothing provides thermal protection but only limited chemical protection.

泄漏处置

消除周边区域的一切点火源（禁止吸烟、明火、火花或火焰）。
ELIMINATE all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flames) from immediate area.
切勿触碰或踩踏泄漏物。
Do not touch or walk through spilled material.
在无风险的情况下堵漏。
Stop leak if you can do it without risk.
防止泄漏物进入水体、下水道、地下室或受限空间。
Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas.

急救

通用急救措施（各卡一致
一般急救：
General First Aid:
拨打 120（急救）或呼叫急救医疗服务。
Call 911 or emergency medical service.
确保医务人员了解所涉及的物质，采取防护措施保护自身并避免沾染。
Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s) involved, take precautions to protect themselves and avoid contamination.
在安全可行的情况下，将伤员移至新鲜空气处。
Move victim to fresh air if it can be done safely.
呼吸困难时给予吸氧。
Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult.
如伤员无呼吸：
If victim is not breathing:
切勿进行口对口人工呼吸；伤员可能已吞入或吸入该物质。
DO NOT perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation; the victim may have ingested or inhaled the substance.
如具备条件且触及脉搏，清洗面部和口腔，然后使用合格的呼吸急救装置（球囊面罩、带单向阀的口袋面罩或其他装置）进行人工呼吸。
If equipped and pulse detected, wash face and mouth, then give artificial respiration using a proper respiratory medical device (bag-valve mask, pocket mask equipped with a one-way valve or other device).
如未触及脉搏或无呼吸急救装置，实施持续胸外按压。每两分钟检查一次脉搏，或观察有无自主呼吸的迹象。
If no pulse detected or no respiratory medical device available, provide continuous compressions. Conduct a pulse check every two minutes or monitor for any signs of spontaneous respirations.
脱去并隔离受污染的衣物和鞋子。
Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes.
少量皮肤接触时，避免将物质扩散到未受污染的皮肤上。
For minor skin contact, avoid spreading material on unaffected skin.
如接触该物质，立即用流动清水冲洗皮肤或眼睛至少 20 分钟。
In case of contact with substance, remove immediately by flushing skin or eyes with running water for at least 20 minutes.
严重烧伤须立即就医。
For severe burns, immediate medical attention is required.
接触该物质（吸入、吞入或皮肤接触）后的症状可能出现延迟。
Effects of exposure (inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact) to substance may be delayed.
保持伤员安静并保暖。
Keep victim calm and warm.
对伤员持续观察。
Keep victim under observation.
