潜在危害（火灾与爆炸）

某些气体会被热、火花或火焰点燃。
Some gases will be ignited by heat, sparks or flames.
该物质不燃烧，但会助燃。
Substance does not burn but will support combustion.
蒸气可能扩散至点火源并回火。
Vapors may travel to source of ignition and flash back.
受火烤的气瓶可能通过泄压装置排放并释放易燃气体。
Cylinders exposed to fire may vent and release flammable gas through pressure relief devices.
容器长时间受火焰直接冲刷可能爆炸。
Containers may explode when exposed to prolonged direct flame impingement.

健康危害

蒸气可能毫无预警地引起头晕或窒息，在密闭或受限区域尤为如此。
Vapors may cause dizziness or asphyxiation without warning, especially when in closed or confined areas.
某些在高浓度吸入时可能具有刺激性。
Some may be irritating if inhaled at high concentrations.
接触气体可能造成灼伤和伤害。
Contact with gas may cause burns and injury.
火灾可能产生刺激性和（或）毒性气体。
Fire may produce irritating and/or toxic gases.

Stay upwind, uphill and/or upstream.

Many gases are heavier than air and will spread along the ground and collect in low or confined areas (sewers, basements, tanks, etc.).

Ventilate closed spaces before entering, but only if properly trained and equipped.
立即预防措施
Immediate precautionary measure
向四周隔离泄漏区至少 100 米（330 英尺）。
Isolate spill or leak area for at least 100 meters (330 feet) in all directions.
大量泄漏
Large Spill
考虑在下风向至少 800 米（1/2 英里）范围内实施初始疏散。
Consider initial downwind evacuation for at least 800 meters (1/2 mile).
火灾
Fire
如多个小包装件（铁路货车或挂车内）涉及火灾，向四周隔离 1600 米（1 英里）；同时考虑向四周 1600 米（1 英里）实施初始疏散。
If several small packages (inside a railcar or trailer) are involved in a fire, ISOLATE for 1600 meters (1 mile) in all directions; also, consider initial evacuation for 1600 meters (1 mile) in all directions.

消防措施

Water spray or fog.
在安全可行的情况下，将未受损的容器移离火场周边区域。
If it can be done safely, move undamaged containers away from the area around the fire.
破损气瓶只能由专业人员处理。
Damaged cylinders should be handled only by specialists.

Fire Involving Several Small Packages (inside a railcar or trailer)
从最远距离灭火，或使用无人操作的大口径水枪或遥控水炮。
Fight fire from maximum distance or use unmanned master stream devices or monitor nozzles.
用大量水冷却容器，直至火灾扑灭后很长时间。
Cool containers with flooding quantities of water until well after fire is out.
切勿将水直接射向泄漏源或安全装置。
Do not direct water at source of leak or safety devices.
如泄压安全装置发出声响增大或罐体变色，立即撤离。
Withdraw immediately in case of rising sound from venting safety devices or discoloration of tank.
始终远离直接接触火焰的罐体。
ALWAYS stay away from tanks in direct contact with flames.
大面积火灾时，使用无人操作的大口径水枪或遥控水炮；如无法做到，撤离现场并让其燃烧。
For massive fire, use unmanned master stream devices or monitor nozzles; if this is impossible, withdraw from area and let fire burn.

防护服

佩戴正压自给式呼吸器（SCBA）。
Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
消防员结构防护服可提供热防护，但化学防护能力有限。
Structural firefighters' protective clothing provides thermal protection but only limited chemical protection.

泄漏处置

对易燃气体，消除周边区域的一切点火源（禁止吸烟、明火、火花或火焰）。
For flammable gases, ELIMINATE all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flames) from immediate area.
对氧化性物质，使可燃物（木材、纸张、油类等）远离泄漏物。
For oxidizing substances, keep combustibles (wood, paper, oil, etc.) away from spilled material.
处理该产品所用的一切设备必须接地。
All equipment used when handling the product must be grounded.
切勿触碰或踩踏泄漏物。
Do not touch or walk through spilled material.
在无风险的情况下堵漏。
Stop leak if you can do it without risk.
用喷雾水降低蒸气浓度或改变蒸气云漂移方向。避免径流接触泄漏物。
Use water spray to reduce vapors or divert vapor cloud drift. Avoid allowing water runoff to contact spilled material.
切勿将水直接射向泄漏物或泄漏源。
Do not direct water at spill or source of leak.
防止蒸气经下水道、通风系统和受限区域扩散。
Prevent spreading of vapors through sewers, ventilation systems and confined areas.
对该区域通风。
Ventilate the area.

急救

通用急救措施（各卡一致
一般急救：
General First Aid:
拨打 120（急救）或呼叫急救医疗服务。
Call 911 or emergency medical service.
确保医务人员了解所涉及的物质，采取防护措施保护自身并避免沾染。
Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s) involved, take precautions to protect themselves and avoid contamination.
在安全可行的情况下，将伤员移至新鲜空气处。
Move victim to fresh air if it can be done safely.
呼吸困难时给予吸氧。
Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult.
如伤员无呼吸：
If victim is not breathing:
切勿进行口对口人工呼吸；伤员可能已吞入或吸入该物质。
DO NOT perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation; the victim may have ingested or inhaled the substance.
如具备条件且触及脉搏，清洗面部和口腔，然后使用合格的呼吸急救装置（球囊面罩、带单向阀的口袋面罩或其他装置）进行人工呼吸。
If equipped and pulse detected, wash face and mouth, then give artificial respiration using a proper respiratory medical device (bag-valve mask, pocket mask equipped with a one-way valve or other device).
如未触及脉搏或无呼吸急救装置，实施持续胸外按压。每两分钟检查一次脉搏，或观察有无自主呼吸的迹象。
If no pulse detected or no respiratory medical device available, provide continuous compressions. Conduct a pulse check every two minutes or monitor for any signs of spontaneous respirations.
脱去并隔离受污染的衣物和鞋子。
Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes.
少量皮肤接触时，避免将物质扩散到未受污染的皮肤上。
For minor skin contact, avoid spreading material on unaffected skin.
如接触该物质，立即用流动清水冲洗皮肤或眼睛至少 20 分钟。
In case of contact with substance, remove immediately by flushing skin or eyes with running water for at least 20 minutes.
严重烧伤须立即就医。
For severe burns, immediate medical attention is required.
接触该物质（吸入、吞入或皮肤接触）后的症状可能出现延迟。
Effects of exposure (inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact) to substance may be delayed.
保持伤员安静并保暖。
Keep victim calm and warm.
对伤员持续观察。
Keep victim under observation.

如发生烧伤，立即用冷水尽可能长时间冷却受伤皮肤。衣物粘在皮肤上时切勿撕脱。
In case of burns, immediately cool affected skin for as long as possible with cold water. Do not remove clothing if adhering to skin.
在加拿大，本产品可能要求制定应急响应援助计划（ERAP）。请查阅运输单据和（或）「ERAP」章节。
In Canada, an Emergency Response Assistance Plan (ERAP) may be required for this product. Please consult the shipping paper and/or the "ERAP" section.
